Cravings Busters!:

Part 1: Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois in a mini workshop on Cravings! Do you every have certain food cravings? Managing Cravings during these changing times can be challenging. Let’s discuss and explore tips to ease cravings and boost health.  A short stretch will be included.

Part 2: Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois in a mini workshop especially designed for your work team on Cravings! Learn and try out more strategies that can work for you, with your selected action step to practice managing cravings.  S short stretch will be included. 

Mindful Eating Strategies:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois for a mini workshop and stretch on the topic of Mindful Eating, what it is and how you can boost metabolism, digestion and more using some practical every day tips. 

Your Wellness This Year, Part 1:

Have a pen and paper ready and join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois as we take a screenshot of your overall wellness in this group activity with your Wellness Coach (you will write out this exercise and self-score—you need not share your answers).  This will help you determine the areas of wellbeing in which your improvements will most impact your overall health in a positive way (where to get the biggest bang for your efforts).  This exercise will be in 2 Parts, this week and next week, and will include a brief centering stretch and movement exercise.

Your Wellness This Year, Part 2:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois (even if you missed Part 1, Coach will help you catch up!) as we continue to explore a screenshot of your overall wellbeing, allowing you to then consider the follow up questions that will help you best determine your most impactful next healthy actions. You will be given the opportunity to recognize and list your top 3.  You will then be able to talk privately with Coach to anchor in what you are interested in acting on now or in the near future. A brief movement break will be included in this session.

Building a New Healthy Habit:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois as we springboard you into the next easy action step to a healthier YOU.  What will be your GAME-CHANGER in your health for the new year?  How do you build a new habit and make it stick? We will include a movement break in this mini-session.

 ‘Game-Changer’ Healthy Challenges:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois in a variety of simple and fun challenges to provide accountability and motivation for your well-being! These “Game Changer Challenges” challenge your current habits such as sleep, movement, water intake, nutrition, mindfulness and more.  Get inspired by finding those efforts that will give you the most desired results.


Your Life Inventory:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois as we explore your life’s journey, where you would like to go, what you would like to create for yourself, and tools and strategies to move you closer to the life you desire and life’s purpose.


Seasonal Movement Success:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois and set you up for spring, summer, fall or winter movement success! We will discuss ways to incorporate more steps into your day and a 7-Day Steps Challenge will be offered. A brief work break stretch will be included in this session.


Boosting Your Immune System:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois in a game format discussion to maximize your immune system as seasons change and incidences of acute illnesses can disrupt your daily routine. Stay strong and healthy with some key take-aways. A work break stretch will be included.

Fun with TheraBand Stretch Activity to Reduce Stress:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois as we increase flexibility and strength by exploring movements using a ‘Stretchy Band’.  A TheraBand can be used but is not required for this activity; you may use a pillow, belt, scarf or similar object, or follow along without one.  Enjoy how these simple objects can really help you stretch well, increase your flexibility, decrease muscle tension, strengthen posture and energize your day.

Floor Exercises to Release Stress and Tension:

Need an Active Work Break or something new?  Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois for a session of easy floor exercises to release tight muscles and tension, reduce stress and flush out muscle soreness after walking.  You may enjoy incorporating this simple routine in the morning, during the first few minutes of TV watching or as a wind down and power down before your slumber.  Stretching increases strength and flexibility.  Let’s move gently together!

Managing Stress in Changing Times:

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois and create a customized, practical ‘menu’ for self-care that works for you, and hone your plan with accountability and manageable steps.  This session will also include a brief, energizing stretch. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Please join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois as we take a look at continuing to create and add to your customized exercise plan for success!  We will take a few moments to stretch your muscles and review proper alignment and ergonomics to reenergize your day.

Join Certified Health and Life Coach Wendy Lois for a session to discuss customizing your new healthy habit. We will discuss needle-movers with tips on establishing a routine, ‘Plan B’, and visualization.
